  5.     This program determines and displays what version(s) of ZIP program
  6.     was used to create the ZIP file(s) specified on the command line.

  9.     WHATZIP was written because I had converted some of the ZIP files
  10.     in some directories on my hard disks from zip version 1.x to
  11.     version 2.0 but not all of them.  This caused a problem because
  12.     I know longer knew which zip files still needed to be converted and
  13.     it was time consuming to check every ZIP file in every directory to
  14.     see if it had or had not been converted.

  16.     So what the heck, it's more fun to write a simple program than it is
  17.     to check and convert files individually....here's the result.

  20.     This program is released to the Public Domain for non-commercial use
  21.     and may be used for commercial use with permission of the author.

  23.     Go ahead and use it without any pangs of guilt for not sending any
  24.     compensation to me.  Once all of your zip files have been converted
  25.     you probably will not have any use for the program anyway.
